Refund and Cancellation Policy for Training Programs
Your place in the training program is confirmed once the Program Fees have been paid in full.
Refunds are available for cancellations provided that notice is given in writing 5 (five) working days before the beginning of a training event or course.
All refunds are subject to a $50 administration fee.
No refunds are available if less than 5 (five) working days notice is given before the beginning of a training event or course. In those cases, credit is applied to a future same or similar training within a year of the original purchase date. Alternatively, funds can be used towards individual supervision during that year.
